Before you can use Ant Text with Billy, you must follow these steps:

• Login to Billy
  
  
• Please study this picture and follow the steps below.
  
  
  
  
  • Start by selecting "Help" (marked with "1") at the bottom of the left menu. This will display the grey footer.
  • Note your Account ID which will be in no. "2".
  • The select "Settings" (no. "3"), and "Access tokens" (no. "4").
  • You will now get a list of your access tokens, and here you click on "Create access token", which is no 5.
• When you click on "Create access token", this dialog will appear:
  
  
  
  
• Here you write "Ant Text" in both "Name" and "Description", and press the green "Create" button.
  
  This will result in this dialog.
  
  
  
  
• Copy the contents of the "Token" field.
• Then start Outlook and click on "Show menu", "Integration" and "Configure".
  
  
  
  
• You will now see this dialog:
  
  
  
  
  • In the field "Account ID" you enter your Account ID, which you found earlier under step no. 2.
  • In the field "Access Token" you paste in the value of the "Token" field, which you copied earlier.
  • Click the button "Test connection" in order to test if the entered values are valid.
  • If they are valid, then remember to check the field "Yes - Activate the integration to Billy", and press "OK".
  
  Now your Outlook should look like this:
