What is Ant Text?
Ant Text is primary a tool that makes you and your employees more efficient.
At the same time, it is also a new way of thinking when writing e-mails.
With Ant Text you can easily and faster write your e-mails.
By using Ant Text you can help yourself and your company, with obtaining the following goals:

With only a few clicks, you can write very long and comprehensive e-mails, and at the same time, you can automatically attach one or more files to your e-mail.
The idea behind Ant Text is that you build up your own file structure with those documents, texts and fractures of texts, attached files etc. that you frequently use when you are writing a new e-mail.
When Ant Text is installed – read the guide here - a new tab called Ant Text, will appear when you write a new e-mail.
It is up to you to decide how you want this toolbar to look like in order to fit yours and your company’s needs, but in this case we have based the toolbar on our example files.
When you select a menu item in the Ant Text tab, the text from that menu item, and any attached files that you may have defined, will be inserted into your e-mail.
Ant Text is using the well-known MS Office package, so if you are familiar with MS Word and Windows Explorer, you are ready to write and send your first Ant Text within few minutes.
